game theory…

August 31, 2008

Thanks to Apple and its superior design, marketing, advertising and, well, anything else to do with creating and selling a product, most other global communications brands have languished in a kind of brand-image purgatory. Sony is fighting back with this great campaign created by Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney, helmed by art director Eron Broughton. The agency took Sony’s earphones and literally mapped out the New York subway system, mimicking a traditional subway map. It’s a simple idea but powerful in its execution, giving Sony a much-need dose of coolness. At last, other brands are thinking outside of the square. Now all Sony needs to do is apply that principle to its actual products. Innovate or die, guys. – Laura Demasi

Man I’ll be the first to tell you Jeezy is one of my favorite rappers. Yeah I said it. Not to toot my own horn but I graduated with a B.A. in History from a pretty good Private School, and I’m currently a candidate for my J.D. at a top tier law school. Society would probably look at me as if I should be commited but I like the way Jeezy never tried to be a lyricist but at the same time consistently deliver quality music. From Trap Or Die to the Inspiration he has yet to let me down. And so far from what I’ve heard with the Recession he has upped his game and should be in conversation for one of the top rappers in the game

Heres a track from the RecessionYoung Jeezy-Who Dat

I know Im late with this video but I heard the song at my classmates house and i was like this song is tough(Bun B-ft rick ross,David Banner,8ball and MJG) Im a fan of all these artist some more than others. But in my opinion in Bun B is top 10 rappers our lyrically. I have been saying this since I first heard his verses on Big Pimpin’ and What Means the World to you remix.

But the song that is sampled on this song is an outright classic by itself shout out to Jodeci

Despite my current financial status as a broke ass law student I have found a new appreciation for the overpriced Billionaire Boys Club line. I wish i could pay 80 dollars for this shirt but cannot bring myself to it. But hopefully I can find the fall/winter line on sale in the summer(not happening) but there is always after I graduate.
